Who we are
An introduction service
Attic Insulation Grant is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. When you send the form, your details go to one SEAI-registered insulation contractor who covers your area. They look at the attic, price the job in writing, do the work and deal with you directly. We don't insulate attics ourselves.
How we check facts
Grant amounts are SEAI's own fixed amounts. Costs are SEAI's own median costs from grant-funded jobs and what installers usually charge. Technical rules come from SEAI's Domestic Technical Standards and Specifications. County figures are our sums from SEAI's full public BER file, Census 2022 and Met Éireann's temperature grid; where a number is our sum, the page says so. We check the grant figures again whenever we rebuild the site.
We don't publish reviews, ratings or response times, and we don't show photos of jobs we didn't do. The attic drawing is ours.
atticinsulationgrant.ie is not SEAI or a government body and does not award grants.
